In order to make treatment more accessible for our patients, we direct bill with many extended health care providers.
Depending on your plan, some services may require a doctor’s referral before you can submit a claim for reimbursement.
You can find out if you require a doctor’s referral for a service by checking with your insurance company. If a doctor’s referral is required, you will need to obtain one every 12 months.
